Company history
ComputerSupport.com was founded in 2006, by Kirill Bensonoff and Alexndric Ho. The founders were both IT Consultants focused on network planning and design and Microsoft technologies. The company was originally organized as Spirinet Technology Services LLC, later renamed to ComputerSupport.com. In 2013, in conjunction with Citrix Systems, ComputerSupport released its next generation ITAnyWhere Cloud. In October 2014, ComputerSupport.com acquired VP Solutions Inc, of Framingham, Massachusetts. Company is noted for its strong market position in cloud computing and Desktop As A Service spaces.
In 2015, ComputerSupport.com spun out Unigma, an application aimed at helping MSPs (managed IT services) and CSP (cloud service providers) companies monitor IaaS Clouds. In 2016, ComputerSupport.com has launched an improved NOC solution -- dubbed ITAnyWhere NOC -- for middle market enterprises. The NOC offers around-the-clock network, server and cloud monitoring, escalation and remediation services.
